Frozen pineapple
Handful of spinach
1 tsp Maca powder (I like Navitas Organic Maca Powder)
Coconut water (I like Harmless Harvest)
1 TBL Chia
1 TBL flax seeds
1 tsp coconut oil
1 TBL green powder ( I like Genesis Today Greens)
Blend all together and enjoy!
