Follow Your Trail was born from my love for the outdoors and my passion for helping others. After completing an extensive on-line health and life-style coaching program, I had acquired all this knowledge and needed a platform to share it. Not wanting to go the traditional route (working one-on-one with my clients), I instead really wanted to find a way to build a community.

Follow Your Trail is a community. Groups of women come together for a 6 week course and during that time, I challenge them physically, emotionally and spiritually. Like the layers of an onion, these women start to abandon those self-limiting beliefs and instead begin to embark on a path of self-discovery and personal growth. Who they are at the end of the six weeks is very different than who they were when they came into the program on week one.

I am super excited to announce my “OFF THE TRAIL” 6-week Online program! Many of you have reached out to me who may not be so interested in hiking, or it is too difficult for you geographically, or it maybe it is an existing health condition, or even an injury that is holding you back at the moment.  And I say, I HEAR YOU!
