GOLDEN MILK
My favorite drink of the moment is Golden Milk! Have you heard of this amazing tea? I am obsessed. It is also non-dairy. It's so great to sip in the afternoon, or even better, to relax you right before bedtime! It's warm, soothing and delicious! So, remember to start your day with lemon water and end with your Golden Milk! The combination of coconut milk, sweeteners and spices is rejuvenating!

Here is the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 cup of organic coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric powder ( I like Simply Organic)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 TBS Organic Coconut Oil
1 tsp raw honey to taste
dash of cayenne or black pepper
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients into a gentle simmer over low heat in a small saucepan and heat for 5-7 minutes, strain and drink to your heart's desire!
